Shipping policy


All orders are subject to acceptance by Excess Supply, and any rejection of an order shall be made in Excess Supply’s sole discretion.  If you have been charged for an order that is subsequently rejected by Excess Supply, Excess Supply will refund the amount of that order to you, by the original payment method in its sole and reasonable discretion.

Excess Supply will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your delivery requirements; however, delivery is subject to availability of resources at the time of order placement.  Excess Supply shall therefore not be liable in any way for any delay or damage arising from Excess Supply’s failure to meet your delivery requirements or any delivery dates.

All shipments shall be made on an FCA basis (Incoterms 2000) from the facilities of Excess Supply.  Risk of loss for products shall pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, and you are responsible for pursuing the carrier for any loss occurring in transit.

You are responsible for examining all shipments promptly upon receipt.  If you discover any shortages or incorrect products in the shipment, you must notify Excess Supply immediately. Please check the order carefully, as no claim for shortages or deficiencies will be accepted by Excess Supply after five (5) days from delivery of the products.

Handling Time

Orders typically ship within 1 business day when all billing and shipping information is complete and verifiable. Orders placed after 1pm MDT and on weekends are processed the following business day. Our offered shipping options do not include pick-up or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Our team works to get orders shipped out as quickly and safely as possible. You will receive an email indicating your order is in transit with tracking information when your order has been dispatched

Domestic (United States - Small Pack)

  • For domestic orders we ship via UPS Ground unless you request Next Day, or Second Day Air
  • UPS requires a valid street address for delivery; UPS will not deliver to PO boxes

Domestic (United States - LTL/FTL)

  • For orders that require palletizing and shipping via freight carrier please e-mail us at info@excess-supply.com with the item, quantity, shipping address, and whether the ship to address is a residence or business and we will respond with freight costs

International

  • For all international orders please e-mail info@excess-supply.com and include your Ship To address, special shipment instructions, and the items you would like to order
  • We will reply within 24 hours with shipping costs
  • We ship all international orders via USPS Priority Mail
