With data transfer speeds up to 14 Mbps, the SMCHP1D-USB is faster than 802.11b wireless and easier to install and troubleshoot. The SMCHP1D-USB comes with the EZ Configuration Manger utility, the only Powerline management software that runs on both the PC and Mac platforms.
